CONCEPT
Zweigelt, the most common red wine variety in Austria, prepared as usually only white grapes. The result is a new facet of the grape variety: freshness and the fruitiness that one would usually expect only in white wines but with structure and tannins of red grapes.
VINIFICATION
The maceration contact was a few hours and only the free running must was used. Further aging took place for about 6 months in steel tanks. Bottling was carried out at the second full moon of 2021, deliberately very cloudy, to preserve the valuable ingredients and leave the wine its original character.
